1. Write it down
Text, voice, a photo, a document or a short video (up to 3 minutes). One line is enough. Say when it happened — “on Tuesday after school”: the day of the event is kept apart from the day you saved it.
2. Ask in your own words
“When did it start?”, “What helped last time?”, “What changed since the summer?” The answer is short and gives dates. It says plainly what comes from your records and what is only a guess, and shows the entries it used — open any of them to check.
3. Find it in History
All entries and saved conversations stay in the shared History by date. Search, filter, correct an entry or move it to the Trash and back.
4. Prepare for a meeting
Press “Prepare for a meeting” in the Assistant: you get one page from the shared History for a doctor, specialist or school — the main points with dates, what you already tried and what to ask.
A private question
Each parent can ask the assistant something only for themselves. The other parent does not see it, and it does not go into the shared History.
Languages
The app speaks English, Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian. If a teacher writes in Portuguese, you read the entry in your language.
What it will not do
The assistant gives general information in the context of your history. It does not diagnose and does not prescribe treatment, medicines or doses. In an emergency call 112.
