How a day becomes an answer

Write it down
Text, voice, a photo or a document. Say when it happened: the day of the event is kept apart from the day you saved it.
Ask in your own words
The answer is short and gives dates. It says plainly what comes from the records and what is only a guess.
Find it in History
Every entry stays in the shared History by date. Look it up, correct it, or show it to a doctor.

Two parents, one history
You both add to the same diary and see everything in it. Each of you also has a private conversation with the assistant that the other parent does not see.
A grandparent, nanny, teacher or specialist can be invited too. They add what they noticed in their own language, and you read it in yours. For relatives and specialists

What it will not do
The assistant gives general information in the context of your history. It does not diagnose and does not prescribe treatment or doses.
Your records are for your family and the people you invite.
